These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pkrcom platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by pkrcom ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and pkrcom.
Important Notice for Pakistani Users: Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. pkrcom operates internationally and does not claim to be licensed, regulated, approved, or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction or applicable law in your location, to register and use the Platform. pkrcom does not permit use of the Platform by minors. Age verification documentation may be required at any time.
Underage Use is Strictly Prohibited. If pkrcom has reasonable grounds to believe a User is under the required minimum age, the Account will be suspended immediately, all Bets placed will be voided, and any Funds derived from such activity will be withheld pending investigation. pkrcom co-operates with regulatory enquiries relating to underage gambling.
You represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. Residents of Restricted Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or use the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your location. pkrcom does not warrant that the Platform is legal or accessible in any specific jurisdiction.
Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account. Opening multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension and forfeiture of Funds.
You must register and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment. Using another person's Account, registering on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your Account is prohibited.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
pkrcom operates mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation before making withdrawals or at any point during your Account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including username and password. You must notify pkrcom immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. pkrcom will not be liable for losses resulting from a User's failure to safeguard Account credentials.
Accounts for Pakistani Users are denominated in PKR where supported. The applicable currency is set at registration and cannot be changed after Account creation. All bonuses, limits, and transaction thresholds referenced in PKR within these Terms are illustrative references — always verify the current figures applicable to your Account in the cashier or with support.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, pkrcom grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and software meet the technical requirements necessary to use the Platform. pkrcom accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures on the User's side, including connectivity issues, browser incompatibilities, or power outages.
pkrcom endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. pkrcom will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
Games, odds feeds, and certain Platform features are provided by third-party suppliers. pkrcom is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating from third-party providers. In the event of a manifest error or technical malfunction, pkrcom reserves the right to void affected bets or games and return stakes.
All bets are subject to pkrcom's acceptance. pkrcom reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular activity, system errors, or fraudulent intent.
Odds displayed on the sportsbook are indicative and may change until a bet is confirmed. pkrcom does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain constant between the time a User initiates a bet and the time it is confirmed. Live betting odds update in real time; delay in submission may result in a different price being applied.
Where a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a pricing error, data feed failure, or system glitch — pkrcom reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake, or to correct the odds to the fair market price. This applies to all sports and casino products.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise voided before completion, bets may be settled as void and stakes returned, subject to specific market rules. Cricket matches affected by weather, PSL fixtures rescheduled, or ICC event disruptions will be governed by the applicable sport-specific rules available in the Platform help section.
Casino games including slots, live dealer tables, and instant games are subject to the Return to Player (RTP) rates specified by the respective game providers. RTP values are illustrative long-term theoretical rates; individual session outcomes may vary significantly. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or verified live dealer processes.
Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to eligibility criteria, minimum deposit thresholds, and specific terms associated with each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to new or existing verified Users in good standing.
The majority of bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called "rollover" conditions). For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be staked in qualifying bets ten times before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposits, and applicable game contributions vary by promotion and are stated in individual offer terms.
Illustrative Example: A PKR 5,000 bonus with 10x wagering requires PKR 50,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal of bonus-related winnings. A minimum deposit of PKR 1,000 may be required to trigger the bonus. These figures are examples only — refer to the specific promotion terms.
During an active bonus, maximum single-bet and maximum-stake-per-spin limits apply as specified in the promotion's terms. Exceeding these limits may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of any associated winnings. Bonus funds may not be used on certain excluded games or markets.
Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe. Upon expiry, the bonus amount and any winnings attributed to it are forfeited without compensation.
pkrcom reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend Accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited software, or violation of promotion terms. Determination of abuse is at pkrcom's sole discretion.
pkrcom may support various payment methods for PKR deposits and withdrawals, which may include e-wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant payment rails such as Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other institutions, and cryptocurrency options. Method availability is subject to change and is confirmed in your Account cashier.
Payment Provider Disclaimer: References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other providers are for User reference only. pkrcom does not claim that these institutions endorse, permit, or officially support online gambling transactions. Deposits are credited to your Account upon successful processing. Processing times vary by payment method and provider. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier. pkrcom does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. pkrcom reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected payment method, compliance review status, and provider schedules. pkrcom does not guarantee specific processing windows. E-wallet and instant payment methods are generally faster than bank transfers. Cryptocurrency withdrawals depend on blockchain confirmation times. First-time withdrawals and large amounts may require additional review time.
Where currency conversion is required, the exchange rate applied will be determined by pkrcom or its payment processors at the time of transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are not grounds for dispute.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
pkrcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report relevant activities to appropriate authorities.
All content on the pkrcom Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, game assets, and editorial materials, is the property of pkrcom or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to access and view Platform content for the purpose of using the Platform in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit Platform content without prior written consent from pkrcom.
pkrcom respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. Game studio names, payment provider names, sports league names, and team names referenced on the Platform belong to their respective owners. Such references do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or official partnership.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrcom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses from gambling activity, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
pkrcom expressly disclaims any liability for gambling losses incurred by Users. By registering and depositing funds, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that losses are a foreseeable outcome. pkrcom provides Responsible Gambling Tools to help manage this risk.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how pkrcom collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data. Requests may be submitted to [email protected].

Adults 18+ Only: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction. Participating does not render gambling legal under Pakistani law. Local laws may restrict or prohibit gambling. pkrcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, failure to pass KYC verification, regulatory requirements, or commercial reasons at pkrcom's sole discretion.
Upon Account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, verified Funds will be returned to the User via a supported payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements. Where an Account is closed due to a Terms breach, pkrcom may withhold Funds pending investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrcom is incorporated or licensed to operate, excluding that jurisdiction's conflict-of-law principles. pkrcom does not claim to be licensed, regulated, or authorised in Pakistan.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, except where applicable mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users in Pakistan should seek independent legal counsel to understand their rights and obligations under Pakistani law regarding online gambling.
pkrcom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pkrcom will provide reasonable notice via email, Platform notification, or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.3.
