Response Timeframe: pkrcom will acknowledge data rights requests within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve them within thirty (30) days. Complex or high-volume requests may require additional time, in which case you will be notified. We may request identity verification before processing a data rights request to prevent unauthorised disclosure.
The pkrcom Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect, process, or retain Personal Data from individuals below the required minimum age.
If pkrcom becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from an underage individual, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe a minor has registered on our Platform, please notify us promptly at [email protected].
Age verification is a mandatory component of the KYC process. We take our obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and apply robust controls to enforce the minimum age requirement.
When you make PKR deposits or request withdrawals via payment methods available on the Platform — which may include e-wallets, instant payment rails, or bank transfers — your payment data is handled with heightened care.
pkrcom does not store full payment card numbers. Where card payments are supported, card data is processed by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors and only tokenised references are retained by pkrcom.
For other payment methods such as mobile wallets or bank transfers, pkrcom stores transaction identifiers, amounts, timestamps, and method-category information sufficient for financial record-keeping and dispute resolution. We do not store your mobile wallet PINs, banking passwords, or full account credentials.
